We won’t crate perishable food or plants for a highway run. And while a fragile heirloom or a one-off canvas is fine to box, we’ll tell you straight when a piece rides safer in your own car than in a carton, especially anything that shouldn’t roast inside a hot trailer.

A pack is priced off the portion you hand off plus the materials it burns, stacked on top of the move. As a yardstick, a full relocation lands roughly $1,000–$1,720 for a two-bedroom, $1,720–$2,850 for a three-bedroom, and $2,800–$4,400 for a four-bedroom, packing layered above that.
